Our History

The Town Shop, in Shipshewana, Heart of the Indiana Amish Settlements, was opened in April, 1989, and has since evolved into Shipshewana's Collectable Headquarters!

Steve and Barb Beavers had a dream of one day starting a retail shop. Steve found the perfect location! The store is named after Barb's Grandmother's store in Leesburg, Indiana that was for many years a place of fond memories as Barb spent time in Nana's store as a child
